Keburukan Soya, Fakta atau Sekadar Rekaan?
Bulan ni promo ESP dan seperti lazimnya mesti akan ada yang cakap tentang keburukan soya dan kesan-kesan negatifnya kan? Dalam banyak-banyak tumbuhan, soya lah yang paling banyak dikatakan keburukannya.
Susah nak dipastikan kenapa banyak sangat kontroversi tentang soya ni. Adakah mungkin kerana bukan US yang jadi pengeksport terbesar soya? Hehe...
Sebenarnya pengeksport terbesar soya adalah negara Argentina, kedua Brazil, dan ketiga barulah US. Eksport Brazil cuma separuh sahaja dari yang dieksport oleh Argentina. Bayangkan betapa banyaknya produk soya dari Argentina.
Di internet banyak info tentang keburukan soya. Apabila diberi fakta orang Jepun dan China banyak makan soya, mereka kata itu sebab soya yang dah ditapai, jadi phytoestrogen di dalam soya tersebut dah hilang. Tetapi sebenarnya orang-orang sana makan soya ditapai dan tak ditapai lebih kurang sama banyak je.
Sebagai contoh, miso sup. Kuah miso tu memang daripada soya yang ditapai, tetapi di dalam sup miso tu ada tofu dan tofu adalah soya yang tak ditapai.
Bila ada kajian bahawa orang Jepun dan China paling rendah rate sakit jantung dan kanser, teorinya sebab mereka makan soya. Golongan anti-soya mengatakan bahawa orang Jepun dan China makan soya tapi tak banyak, dalam 1% je katanya. Tetapi sebenarnya orang Jepun dan China kebanyakannya makan soya dari 2 hidangan ke atas dalam sehari. Separuh dari soya diorang tu tak ditapai pun. In fact, orang Shanghai makan soya yang tak ditapai. Siapa tengok Kung Fu Panda? Ayah Si Po jual apa? Jual TOFU bukan?
Terdapat banyak kajian yang menyimpulkan bahawa tak ada beza pun soya ditapai ataupun tak ditapai.
Mengenai phytoestrogen pulak, bukan soya saja, kebanyakan tumbuhan memang ada phytoestrogen termasuklah flaxseed, bijirin, bawang, sayur-sayuran, etc. Sebab itu, Islam sendiri menyarankan kita untuk tidak berlebih-lebihan, termasuklah dalam soal pemakanan. Ambik sekadar perlu sahaja. Kalau terlebih makan, macam-macam penyakit boleh dapat. Contoh, makan nasi lemak 3 pinggan setiap hari, rasa-rasanya semakin sihat ke? Kalau tiba-tiba diserang sakit jantung, kolesterol tinggi, nak salahkan nasi dan santan ke? Ke nak salahkan telur? Atau nak salahkan ikan bilis? Tak pun nanti timun pulak yang dikatakan berbahaya, penyebab sakit kita tu, hehe...
Kesimpulannya, jangan risau nak consume ESP ni. Kalau benda ni bahaya, Shaklee dah tak keluarkan dah ESP ni dan dah lama dah Shaklee kena saman atau produk ditarik balik. Soya yang digunakan dalam ESP Shaklee ni pun bukan sebarangan soya.

KENAPA SOYA BANYAK SANGAT KONTROVERSI?
Susah nak dipastikan kenapa banyak sangat kontroversi tentang soya ni. Adakah mungkin kerana bukan US yang jadi pengeksport terbesar soya? Hehe...
Sebenarnya pengeksport terbesar soya adalah negara Argentina, kedua Brazil, dan ketiga barulah US. Eksport Brazil cuma separuh sahaja dari yang dieksport oleh Argentina. Bayangkan betapa banyaknya produk soya dari Argentina.
Di internet banyak info tentang keburukan soya. Apabila diberi fakta orang Jepun dan China banyak makan soya, mereka kata itu sebab soya yang dah ditapai, jadi phytoestrogen di dalam soya tersebut dah hilang. Tetapi sebenarnya orang-orang sana makan soya ditapai dan tak ditapai lebih kurang sama banyak je.
Sebagai contoh, miso sup. Kuah miso tu memang daripada soya yang ditapai, tetapi di dalam sup miso tu ada tofu dan tofu adalah soya yang tak ditapai.
Bila ada kajian bahawa orang Jepun dan China paling rendah rate sakit jantung dan kanser, teorinya sebab mereka makan soya. Golongan anti-soya mengatakan bahawa orang Jepun dan China makan soya tapi tak banyak, dalam 1% je katanya. Tetapi sebenarnya orang Jepun dan China kebanyakannya makan soya dari 2 hidangan ke atas dalam sehari. Separuh dari soya diorang tu tak ditapai pun. In fact, orang Shanghai makan soya yang tak ditapai. Siapa tengok Kung Fu Panda? Ayah Si Po jual apa? Jual TOFU bukan?
Terdapat banyak kajian yang menyimpulkan bahawa tak ada beza pun soya ditapai ataupun tak ditapai.
Mengenai phytoestrogen pulak, bukan soya saja, kebanyakan tumbuhan memang ada phytoestrogen termasuklah flaxseed, bijirin, bawang, sayur-sayuran, etc. Sebab itu, Islam sendiri menyarankan kita untuk tidak berlebih-lebihan, termasuklah dalam soal pemakanan. Ambik sekadar perlu sahaja. Kalau terlebih makan, macam-macam penyakit boleh dapat. Contoh, makan nasi lemak 3 pinggan setiap hari, rasa-rasanya semakin sihat ke? Kalau tiba-tiba diserang sakit jantung, kolesterol tinggi, nak salahkan nasi dan santan ke? Ke nak salahkan telur? Atau nak salahkan ikan bilis? Tak pun nanti timun pulak yang dikatakan berbahaya, penyebab sakit kita tu, hehe...
Kesimpulannya, jangan risau nak consume ESP ni. Kalau benda ni bahaya, Shaklee dah tak keluarkan dah ESP ni dan dah lama dah Shaklee kena saman atau produk ditarik balik. Soya yang digunakan dalam ESP Shaklee ni pun bukan sebarangan soya.
